BOARDING AND BEHAVIOR DAYCARE INFORMATION

Welcome to Apollos Bird Store and let me introduce our boarding service. At my facility all birds are spoiled and provided with the best care. Bring your feathered friend to my store and included with the boarding fee is a great restful night of sleep, playtime in cage or on tree stand during the day, grooming, and any other special needs your friend may have. Feel confident leaving your pal here and enjoy your time away. Your bird will be here waiting for you with open wings when you return. You have my guarantee.

Please note: All birds will need to provide either a veterinarian boarding clearance certificate or have proof of negative blood testing for the following: Polyoma, PBFD, Pacheco's and Chlamydia

Boarding Fees

    DAYCARE -----------$ 3.00 for the day to hang out and have fun (only for the day, if staying for longer then refer to boarding rates)

    SMALL BIRDS--------$ 5.00 each night

    (Parkeets, Lovebirds ,Cockatiels, Conures, Lories, Senegals)

    MEDIUM BIRDS-------$10.00 each night

    (African Greys, Amazon, Severe Macaw, Hahns Macaw, Goffin Cockatoo, Rosebreasted Cockatoo, Pionus)

    LARGE BIRDS--------$12.00 each night

    (Macaws, Hyacinths, Cockatoos)

    **If your breed in not mentioned above, please give one of my pals at the store a call and find out the pricing. Also remember if your friend is going to stay for over two weeks, or you have a couple of friends staying, be sure to ask about special pricing.

BEHAVIOR DAYCARE

I am excited to introduce, that my pal is going to help some of my feathered friends out there, by offering behavior classes and daycare. Let me briefly explain what this all means. If one of my feathered friends has a shredding, feather plucking, or inappropriate behavior, there may be some help for them after all. The behavior classes and the daycare is available now. There are a few requirements, and they are as follows: All birds need to be blood tested or have a current vet clearance of the following avian diseases, Polyoma, Chlamydia, PBPD and Pacheco. Once we have blood testing results then a consultation need to be scheduled before behavior daycare can start. Slots are limited so call and inquire about availability. Pricing is as follows:

Behavior training and daycare $5.00 per day*

Behavior Classes $55.00 per class**

*If staying over night, then take the boarding rate and add $2.00 per night, however if staying for any length of time, then discounts are given. Call to inquire.

**Class size is limited to 5 per class and all classes will take place on Sundays at 12:00pm and 2:00pm. They will last 1 to 1 1/2 hours. Also an added bonus, there will be 15% off anything purchased in the store except birds that day. Classes need to be paid for in advance and refund only available within a 24hour notice of class signed up for. Call for more details
